Chai spiced bliss balls (Vegan)

Makes 10 generous sized bliss balls.

Ingredients

  • 120g dates

  • 96g hazelnuts

  • 96g cashews

  • 24g desiccated coconut

  • 39g crunchy natural peanut butter

  • 63ml almond milk (no added sugar)

  • Very small pinch Himalayan salt

  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup

  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon, ground

  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger, ground

  • 1/4 teaspoon cardamom, ground

  • 1/8 teaspoon Chinese five spice, ground

  • 1/8 teaspoon clove, ground

Method

  1. In a food processor, thoroughly blitz all ingredients together.

  2. Place mixture on a clean bench.

  3. Using your hands, roll bliss balls into equal, symmetrical balls.

  4. Decorate bliss balls as desired; firmly pressing either loose leaf chia tea pieces or dried rose petals into the balls is always pretty!
